Our standard cartridge dust collectors are characterized by high capacity and efficient filtration available at low costs, in other words: getting value for your money.
The dust collectors are for all light and easily-flowing types of dust. Their efficient cleaning is based on Teldust’s unique Pulse-jet cleaning system for the cartridges, guaranteeing optimum working conditions and the effective maintenance of the dust collector and dust collector elements.
The cartridge dust collector programme meets almost any demands, able to handle rates of air flow ranging from 500 to 100.000m3/h. The programme ranges from our small and economic dust collector 4500 model, which is for all small tasks, to our X 100 JUMBO model with a dust collector area of 2.300m2.
All dust collectors can be made with special equipment or for ATEX classification according to the newest ATEX directive 2014/34/EU at a special price, depending on the changes.
The Cartridge Dust Collector 4500 model is a robust dust collector, containing one single cartridge. It comes with a built-in dust container, pre-separator, and is equipped with the unique compressed air cleaning system from Teldust.
The Cartridge Dust Collector 5500 model contains two cartridges and covers more filtration needs, where the capacity in the model 4500 is not sufficient.
The Cartridge Dust Collector 7500 model is compact and fully-welded with a large capacity, suitable for construction and available at a competitive price. The dust collector is equipped with the unique compressed air cleaning system from Teldust.
The Cartridge Dust Collector 7500 Silo has the same features as the Cartridge Dust Collector 7500, but is designed especially as a silo dust collector. The filter area is considerably larger than in that of common silo dust collectors.
The Pidclean N2 and N4 models are very compact cartridge dust collectors with horizontal cartridges. The Pidclean 32B model has 9 vertical hanging cartridges. This dust collector is especially suitable for mounting in even smaller places.
The Pidclean EX dust collector was developed especially for Atex Zone 22, with a built-in explosion-membrane and an integrated decompression channel. Its application range is similar to that of the Pidclean N and B models.
The RX dust collector is a high-suction cartridge dust collector, able to resist significant vacuum pressures of up to 35.000 Pa, with a more effective vacuum for special constructions.
The Cartridge Dust Collector RX EX model was developed for the classification of ATEX Zones 20, 21, and 22. The dust collector can be delivered with certificates and approvals for Zones 20, 21, and 22. It can also be delivered in a pressure chock proof or pressure proof construction, according to valid Danish and international regulations.
The Sax dust collector is a cartridge dust collector with a specially-designed intake. The intake is constructed according to the DOWN-STREAM principle. This means that the intake is mounted on the top or on the side of the dust collector. This constructions allows the benefit of using gravity to separate part of the incoming dust, thereby minimizing ‘stress’ on the cartridge.
The principle of construction is exactly the same as the SaX dust collector, and the size ranges up to SaX 24. This SaX EX dust collector has explosion protection according to the ATEX Directive.
The mobile SaX dust collector was constructed according to the same technical basic principle as the SaX dust collector. The SaX Mobile is a complete dust collector that can be transported with a crane or forklift and comes equipped with a built-in fan, control unit, and efficient cleaning system.
The Jumbo dust collector is our latest development within horizontal mounted cartridge dust collectors. The design is similar to our popular SaX dust collector, but with the modified cleaning system, it is possible to clean 2½ cartridges per valve (unlike the SaX dust collector, which can clean 2 cartridges per valve).
Every industry has specific requirements for a dust collector system depending on the specific type of dust.
Teldust has delivered thousands of dust collectors for approx. 180 different applications / industries throughout Europe.
We can therefore provide many years of experience and high expertise in the design of all dust collector systems regardless of industry. This means that a Teldust dust collector systems is synonymous with high efficiency and reliability.
